our services

Our services are for women and non-binary people living with (or who suspect they have) ADHD, in the Scottish Highlands. We host a number of different events, which are detailed below. If you have any idea of activities or services you would like from us, or if you would like to volunteer to help out and facilitate some activities, please contact us.

Before you attend any of our sessions, we ask that you book in. This helps us have a rough idea on numbers, so we can ensure we have the appropriate space and facilities. It also helps us to understand what events you enjoys seeing from us! All our groups are free but there is always an option to make a donation. Throughout the year, we hold Dopamine Discussions, which allow us to deep dive into specific topics, often with the support of a professional. Our Dopamine Discussion events are delivered at a cost, which allows us to raise funds to cover the running costs of our other services. All the information you regarding an event can be found when booking.

We have created a Facebook Community Group where our Dolls share experiences, ask questions, and keep up with each other in-between our support sessions.

We are accepting of all disabilities, visible and invisible. If you require any adaptations, please get in touch.

Before attending any of our sessions, or interacting on our Facebook Community Group, please take the time to familiarise yourself with our Service User Ground Rules.

Due to the nature and subject matter of our discussions, those attending our services and/or interacting on our Facebook group, must be 18 or over.
